Alex’s passion for travel began at an early age. A California girl born and raised, she started camping all across California as early as six weeks old. Once she explored the majority of her home state, it was time to see what else was out there, so she grabbed her passport and took off! So far seven countries, 12 states, and a degree later, her passion for travel has only continued to grow. Alex has a love for long drives and planning detailed road trips making sure to not miss a thing along the way. And an equally strong interest in unique hotels and accommodations, as well as a strong desire to be submerged in different cultures and learn the history of the places she’s visiting. Last but not least – food! No trip is complete without amazing dining. She is excited to help you create new memories and get excited about the new places and adventures you'll have with her travel planning help!

Alexis
Alexis was born in England and when she was four she moved to the United States with her family. By the age of five, her family packed up everything and drove across the country to the beautiful state of Alaska. She grew up loving the outdoors and went on many Alaskan adventures. By the time she was in high school, her parents has joined Disney Vacation Club and she found herself enjoying the Walt Disney World Resort multiple times a year. Once she was 18 she moved from Alaska to sunny Florida for college to pursue her education in business and also participate in the Disney College Program. Disney has been her home-away-from-home ever since. She enjoys backpacking trips to national parks and has also traveled abroad to immerse herself in many different cultures. During her free time, you can catch her doing any activity outside or going to a unique hole-in-the-wall restaurant to new cuisines.
Amy has had a passion for all things travel and Disney from a young age. She has visited half the U.S. states, Europe, cruised the Bahamas, and even lived in Guatemala! While in college, she became a Cast Member at her local Disney store and went on to work at Walt Disney World in Orlando. She decided to become a travel advisor to help others plan magical vacations by sharing her ins and outs of Disney! Whether you are planning a trip to Disney, a cruise, an all-inclusive, or wherever else your heart desires, Amy is ready to help make that dream become a reality!

Andrea has worked in the travel industry for many years and is also a big Disney fan! After traveling to Orlando and Anaheim often with her friends and family, she decided she should start helping others plan their trips as well. She lives in East Tennessee with her family, and in her free time she loves cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers and being outdoors!

Callie’s love for travel started in her early adulthood and has only grown more since becoming a mother. Callie loves traveling with her family and creating unique itineraries. She believes travel is unique to each individual and loves planning out vacations that suits her clients' specific needs. Callie has traveled to Disney properties over 20 times which gives her the experience she needs to help make all your magical trip wishes come true. She also enjoys traveling domestically and abroad and loves visiting our National Parks. Callie is a graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge, a member of the Universal Partner Community, and a Royal Caribbean Master of Adventure. Callie is a senior travel advisor and team manager with Wanderkeep Travel, hosts the blog Wandering With Callie that shares tips, tricks, and gives clients ideas of places to go and things to do when traveling, as well as the group Doing Disney on Facebook.

Faith’s passion for adventure and new experiences has led her all over the world. From kayaking the bioluminescent bays in Puerto Rico, to cooking classes in the hilltops of Tuscany, to sailing the Fijian Islands, she always finds the perfect experience to compliment an unforgettable vacation. Her solo travels have taken her all across Europe, but also have kept her close to home with yoga retreats in the mountains. But, her favorite travels always include family and friends, and usually end up at the Happiest Place on Earth. Faith is a graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge, and she’s excited to help you build a trip full of memories and adventures all around the world.

Heather has been in the travel industry since 1996 serving both corporate and leisure guests with domestic and international travel. She is familiar with visa and passport processing requirements and can provide effective advice when applicable. Heather is a graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge and is a Special Needs Group (SNG) Certified Assessable Travel Advocate, and has graduated the Palladium Hotels Academy. She can't wait to help you plan a vacation!

Janaya has had a vivid imagination and adventurous spirit since she was young. Throughout her childhood, she was able to travel around the country with her family which developed her love and passion for exploring and visiting new places. She developed an enthusiasm for Walt Disney World as she traveled there every few years with her family, as well. As a teen and young adult, Janaya traveled to Poland, Costa Rica, Mexico, Peru, Haiti, Puerto Rico, Honduras, and many of the other beautiful Caribbean islands on various cruise vacations. She absolutely loves all things tropical and could "talk Disney" for hours on end. One of her biggest passions in life is traveling and sharing those new experiences with others! She cannot wait to plan a magical vacation within your budget and provides you with memories that you will treasure for a lifetime!

Jason was born and raised in the country of Taiwan. He developed an interest in exploring the world thanks to his father’s profession as a global tour guide. After moving to the U.S. at the age of 12, he spent a significant amount of time living in New York, Northern California, Southern California, Chicago, Dallas, and Hawaii where he currently resides. During his time in SoCal, he became an annual pass holder at The Happiest Place on Earth. Ten years laters he upgraded his Disney fan credentials and became a cast member as an Adventure Guide with Adventures by Disney, where he guided the Southern California Back Stage Magic trip and also the exotic Enchanted China trip. Jason has traveled all over the U.S., Asia, and Europe. He’s also very close to finish visiting all the Disney Theme parks around the world with Shanghai Disneyland being his final stop. Jason also worked as a Youth Activity Counselor at Aulani alongside our very own TerriLou for five years. Currently a flight attendant with Hawaiian Airlines, Jason’s goal is to visit as many National Parks as he can this year. More importantly, Jason’s other goal is to assist families and individuals planning adventures, wether a Disney Vacation or a brand new destination that they’ve never been before!

Jessica has always had an innate interest in travel for as long as she remembers. She had the opportunity to study abroad in Greece and Turkey in college, and ever since has felt the drive to travel the world and learn about new cultures. After graduating with a degree in Hospitality Management, she got her start in planning events and weddings but always made sure to take breaks during the year to check places off her travel bucket list. In some of her favorite trips, she's explored the beautiful coral reefs of Belize, hiked the waterfalls of Costa Rica, and shopped at the Grand Bazaar in Turkey. She also believes that you don't have to jump on a plane overseas to have the adventure of a lifetime. Some of the most beautiful landscapes, adventures, and experiences are in your home country; you just haven't seen them yet! Wherever your heart takes you, remember "travel is the only thing you buy that makes you richer." Let her plan your epic honeymoon, family vacation, or the bucket list trip of your dreams!
Laura enjoys traveling the world but Walt Disney World will always have a special place in her heart. Having visited the most magical place on Earth over 20 times, she has the experience and a wealth of knowledge to help plan your next adventure. Traveling with her four kids has given her unique perspective on how to plan and enjoy an amazing stress-free vacation. Laura has also been a Disney Vacation Club member since 2007 and is a graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge. She would be thrilled to help you plan your next trip!

Madeline always makes time for an adventure, and loves the feeling you get when you travel to a new place or explore a new city. Her passion for travel and experiencing new places has led her on many great adventures. She has visited roughly half of the states, Jamaica, the Bahamas, Mexico, and Canada. She has a true love for National and State Parks, and loves to explore the outdoors. That being said, she’s always down to take on a new city. Madeline’s biggest travel goal is to visit all 30 Major League Ballparks (11 down already). She is also very knowledgeable about the Hawaiian Islands, and has spent a bit of time living in Kauai. Madeline would love to help you plan your next getaway, whether it be somewhere in nature, sightseeing in the city, or a magical trip to Disney!

Meredith realized her passion for travel early when she was lucky enough to vacation multiple times in Europe as a high schooler. The travel bug really bit after studying abroad in Greece while in college, and she especially continues to love learning about the history and culture of each place she visits. Her favorite part of traveling is researching the best food spots ahead of time and finding unique activities and excursions to take while visiting. A former Walt Disney World cast member and Disney College Program participant, Meredith brings a wealth of Disney knowledge to her role. Meredith is a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge, and she can't wait to share the magic of Disney with you as you plan your next vacation!"
Michelle was born and raised in Salem Oregon. She grew up going on family camping trips to Central Oregon and the occasional trip to Disneyland. As an adult, she still enjoys camping and hiking with her own family now, including their two dogs. She has grown to love Disney trips and books at least one trip a year to travel California or Florida. Michelle also has a love for new adventures and exploring; something as small as hiking a new trail or as large as taking a river cruise through Europe. Michelle has been helping her friends and family book vacations and set up travel itineraries for the past two years and enjoys finding the best deals possible for her clients. Her passion is helping her clients by booking the best travel experience possible, while listening to their requests and staying within their budget.

Natalie was born and raised from the island of Barbados and has lived in England, Cape Town, South Africa, and now the USA. Her passion for travel started at young age when she was able to travel with her family to various parts of the world. She has continued to chase her dream of travel by going on adventures in countries such as Peru, Iceland, Costa Rica, India, Hong Kong, and Zimbabwe. You can also find her on the beaches of the Caribbean, Mexico, or sailing around the Virgin Islands. From fancy hotels to backwoods camping she is excited to be learning about new cultures and places. When she is not traveling you can find her on the Jiu-jitsu mats or hanging from the ceiling teaching aerial arts. She loves to spend time with family and friends and most importantly is excited to help you plan the trip of your dreams!

Shyana has traveled since a young age when her family would take annual trips to Florida. Since then, she developed a passion for travel that has taken her all over America as well as multiple countries around the world including parts of Mexico including Cancun, Riviera Maya, and most recently Cabo San Lucas, along with visiting several Caribbean islands while taking cruise vacations. Her favorite vacation was a volunteer trip to Thailand where she spent two weeks volunteering at an elephant sanctuary, exploring temples, island hopping, and learning about the Thai culture. Shyana is a Hospitality and Tourism graduate, who started her career in the hotel industry. When she is not traveling, Shyana is usually planning her next trip, exploring her hometown of Chicago, or binge watching a show. Shyana cannot wait to plan your next adventure, no matter where it may take you!

TerrieLou grew up on the island of Oahu in Hawaii but is currently living in the Orlando area, right outside of the Walt Disney World Resort. TerrieLou began her Disney career as a Resort Concierge in their College Program in 2010. She went on to work aboard the Disney Dream in 2011 as a Youth Activities Counselor with Disney Cruise Line, before returning home to the beautiful islands of Hawaii to join the opening team of the beautiful Aulani, a Disney Resort and Spa. She is well-traveled having visited Australia, Japan, Singapore, and her home country of the Philippines. Closer to home, she has been checking off visiting every state in the U.S., and she and her husband have a love for baseball and are working on visiting every MLB stadium. She holds a degree in both Travel and Hospitality with over 15 years of experience n the industry and would love to put her experience to work for you for Disney destinations and well beyond.

Jason's love of travel began at an early age accompanying his dad on business trips, including spending a few days in Orlando on a trip to Florida. That was his first trip to Walt Disney World, just a few years after the opening of Magic Kingdom Park. Thanks to a long career in marketing for various travel companies, he has enjoyed touring the far reaches of the globe, including Europe, Asia, and Australia. He enjoys cruises of all kinds and exploring Disney theme parks. He and his wife have been Disney Vacation Club members since 2005. He can’t wait to help you with travel inspiration, personalized vacation planning, and tips and tricks.
Jason is a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge and is a member of the Universal Partner Community. He is a Sandals/Beaches specialist, a diamond-level graduate with Carnival Cruise Line, and is a PEARLS Accredited Partner with Paul Gauguin Cruises. He's achieved Commodore level status as a certified expert with Cunard Line and Princess Cruises, is a Royal Caribbean Master of Adventure, a graduate of the Celebrity Cruises Five Star Academy, has earned Master's Status with Norwegian Cruise Line, and is a certified tour expert with Globus/Cosmos/Monograms.
